About Our Team

Everything Athletics was established in 2021 to promote a positive culture around sports and recreation in the greater Central Pennsylvania area and beyond. Our mission is to support and grow youth sports and recreation as widely as possible. We offer individual, small group, and team training sessions for Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Cricket, Field Hockey, and more, all led by professional coaches who have competed at the highest levels in their respective sports.

A highlight of our offerings is the Kulbacki Academy program, established in 2013 by Kellen Kulbacki, where players can perfect their baseball skills through personalized one-on-one sessions.

Kellen Kulbacki

Hitting Instructor

Info and Important Achievements:
  • He is the founder of the Kulbacki Academy, establishing the program in 2013.
  • Was the 40th overall selection in the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft by the San Diego Padres.
  • He received the Colonial Athletic Association Player Of The Year in 2006-2007.
  • Kellen was voted Top 5 Best College Right Fielder of All Time by ESPN.
  • In 2007-2008, he was named as a Minor League All-Star.
  • He was named Northwest League (NWL) Player of the Week on 08/27/07.
  • First Team All-American 2006-2007.
  • Is the founder of the Kulbacki Academy, establishing the program in 2013.
  • Played for James Madison University from 2005 - 2007 and was named the Collegiate Athlete Of The Year in 2006.
  • Named to the Colonial Athletic Association All-Rookie team in 2007, plus earned the Kevin Nehring Rookie of the Year Award.
  • Was named to the James Madison University and Pennsylvania Baseball Hall of Fames.
  • Named Keystone Division Player of the Year for Hershey High School.

Ty Frederich

Baseball Instructor

Info and Important achievements:
  • Recruited by SEC, ACC, and Big Ten Conference schools as a standout high school baseball player.
  • At the University of Maryland, was rotated as starter during 2018. He excelled in hitting and catching before season cut short due to injury.
  • Played 4-summers with US Elite Baseball as leader and team captain. Developed high level of baseball knowledge, plus focused on reaching fullest potential.
  • Focused and passionate about coaching and training others to succeed in baseball at the next level.
  • From an early age, Ty has excelled at catching. He has always been a natural. He has studied and trained with professional level catchers, including current and retired MLB catchers
  • His baseball IQ and defensive catching ability sets him apart. Ty's past coaches and peers appoint him as possessing exceptional skills in calling games, managing situations, and helping other pitchers succeed.

John Smith

Pitching Instructor

Info and Important achievements:
  • Attended Old Dominion University in 1990 after declining a draft offer from the Major League Baseball team, the Philadelphia Phillies.
  • Played for Team USA (United States national baseball team).
  • John was Top 5 in many career pitching categories for the Old Dominion Monarchs team at Old Dominion University (ODU), including his assist in 27 wins.
  • Pitched a total of 318 innings for the Old Dominion Monarchs.
  • He was drafted by the American League professional baseball team, the Oakland Athletics ('Oakland A's) in 1994.
  • Was also a Minor League pitching coach for some time.

Anthony McCraw Jr.

Lacrosse Instructor

Info and Important achievements:
  • Anthony is currently a signed professional Indoor Arena Football wide receiver for the Gillette, Wyoming Mustangs.
  • He was selected and was a participant in the 75th USILA/Nike North-South All-Star Game.
  • McCraw amassed 138 goals, 60 assists for 198 points along with 313 ground balls, 47 caused turnovers, and a face-off win percentage of .634 (333-525).
  • Attended college at Gwynedd Mercy University where he was a two time USILA All American (United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association), an honor given annually to the best American men's college lacrosse players.
  • He is a graduate of Central Dauphin East High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Jack Clemente

Baseball Instructor

Info and Important Achievements:
  • Pitched for the La Salle University Explorers Baseball Team, as well as for Florida International University Panthers Baseball Team.
  • He was chosen as one of the Rawlings - Perfect Game Preseason All American Underclassmen in 2019.
  • Named one of the Rawlings - Perfect Game Preseason All Americans in 2020. Honorees are the top 150 players from the All-Region pool, from 9 regions of the United States.
  • Jack was also named as a South Florida Collegiate Baseball League (SFCBL) All Star in 2021.

Erin Meagher

Softball Field Trainer

Info and Important achievements:
  • During her high school softball career, Erin led the Trinity High School Shamrocks to their first-ever playoff appearance in the school's history.
  • Erin attended college at Mount St. Mary's University and played in 86 games as a utility player for the Mount Softball Team.
  • She served as a coach for the Krunch 16U Gold Softball Team and the Cumberland Valley Eagles Varsity Softball Team, bringing her expertise and passion for the game to both programs.

ERIN DARHOWER

Softball instructor

As a seasoned softball coach and former standout player with a distinguished career, Erin hopes to continue sharing her experiences and expertise with the next generation of players!
Info and Most recent coaching achievements:
  • Dedicated the past 12 years to teaching lessons and more recently to conducting college showcases, camps, and clinics through her company, Darhower Softball Events (DSE).
  • She has coached softball at the college level for the last 8 seasons.
  • Has contributed to a conference championship at Dickinson College as a 5-year assistant in 2019.
  • Served as the interim head coach for Lebanon Valley College (LVC) in the 2018 MAC Commonwealth Championship Tournament, leading the team to a strong 3rd-place finish.
  • Erin was the assistant coach for LVC in 2017 and for Millersville University in 2016.
  • As a 4-year player at West Chester University, she set multiple offensive records, including leading her team in home runs, triples, and RBIs during her senior year, where she ranked 2nd in the conference in those categories.
  • Her roots in the sport run deep, having played travel ball with the Central PA Krunch and later coaching for them for 4 years.

Danielle Baumgardner

Field Hockey Instructor

Info and Important achievements:
  • Owner and Founder of The Collab Field Hockey LLC since 2023.
  • Director of Coach Development and U19 Head Coach for Central Penn Field Hockey Club from 2020 to 2022.
  • Received her Master of Sports Chaplaincy in May 2021 from Liberty University.
  • Danielle, in 2021, served as the Red Land Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach. She also was the Donegal Varsity Assistant Field Hockey Coach in 2020.
  • Danielle was the Assistant Field Hockey Coach for Saint Louis University from 2014 to 2016, and Saint Francis University in 2022.
  • In 2017, was recognized for her leadership, academics, and community service excellence, winning the SLU Biliken Spirit Award.
  • NCAA Division I Field Hockey National Champion in 2010 and 2011 at the University of Maryland as well as the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Champion in 2009 and 2010.
  • Received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiological Sciences in May 2013 from the University of Maryland.
  • In both 2011 and 2012, Danielle received the Sabrina Salem Award for an elite level quality of life academically and athletically while exemplifying a heart of a champion.
